WHO WE ARE

We are a full team of neuroscience-schooled senior business coaches and consultants.

In addition to the partners of Enter the blue, we tap on an extensive network of other neuroscience schooled coaches and consultants based in Belgium and France.
We are supported by the Paris-based research institute in neurosciences, IME, headed by Jacques Fradin, who also intervenes in customer projects.
The IME continuously feeds our insights with research on how neurosciences can be applied to how we organise ourselves professionally.  From research on what drives stress, life-work quality, how to manage based on passion, biosystemics, ... the learnings are applied in our daily coachings and consultancy and trainings.

We fundamentally believe that learnings from neurosciences should be applied more intensively to how we organise ourselves professionally, as leaders, teams and how we design our organisations.  Understanding the "human operating system" can only be beneficial  to how we work and live... and how we can increase performance in a meaningful way.
